When Beverly Maner was in high school, she dreamed of owning a bridal boutique. Her dream has finally come true. 

As owner of Say I Do With Bev Bridal Boutique in Augusta, Maner uses talents and traits developed as a wife and mother of two daughters when assisting brides. 

Maner, who opened her business on Wrightsboro Road in the spring, spent 30 years as a Richmond Coun ty teacher before retiring in 2004. Realizing she always had fashion sense, Maner said she decided to act on her instincts after planning her oldest daughter's wedding.

The boutique offers the total package for the wedding party. Customers can select wedding gowns, dresses for brides' mothers and bridesmaids and prom gowns. 

Informal and formal wedding gowns are priced to accommodate average income earners, with prices ranging from $200 to $1,000.
